– Contact our Customer Support Team at care@vindvand.com within 15 days of receiving the product within UAE and 30 days around the world

3. **Warranty Exclusions**: The warranty does not cover certain specific situations, including:

   – Scratches on lenses: Surface scratches on the lenses are not covered.

   – Damages caused by various factors, such as accidents, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or improper storage of the product.

   – Unauthorized modifications or repairs: If the product has been altered or repaired by someone not authorized by Vind + Vand, the warranty may be void.

   – Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover the natural deterioration of the product that occurs with regular use over time.

4. **Legal Compliance**: the warranty provided by Vind + Vand does not restrict or replace any guarantees of contractual compliance that may be mandated by consumer protection laws. This means that consumers may have additional rights and protections under the law that are not affected by this warranty policy.

   – Refunds will not be issued as part of this replacement policy. The sole purpose is to replace products with factory defects.

   – Vind + Vand will cover the cost of shipping for both the return of the defective product and the shipment of the replacement.
